We’ll review your current fitness and flexibility level, along with your goals; together we will determine specific areas of focus during your LIVE online sessions
We’ll deliver highly interactive coaching sessions in a fun and cheerful setting
You will be placed in what we call a ‘Yoga Squad’ – a small group who attend the class together; supporting and encouraging each other and having fun along the way
You’ll get exclusive access to a wide range of tutorial videos that will reinforce your live online sessions, whenever you need extra assistance
During sessions and after, you will get detailed feedback from your teacher about your progress so you can improve and consistently progress towards your goals
